With the Competition app, you can easily monitor your workouts both inside and outside the gym, keeping a close eye on your progress. Additionally, you can stay informed about everything happening at the gym.

Here you will find:

• Your workout plan, including exercise demonstration videos, stopwatch, and other features;
• Recording of your results;
• Class schedules and available activities;
• Shift calendars;
• The latest updates from Competition (events, promotions, etc.);
• Access to virtual classes, our social media channels, and much more!

You can also enroll in challenges and sync with other apps or devices like Apple Health, Strava, Garmin, Polar, and Runkeeper to get a comprehensive view of your performance and activity level.
